Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Loadin will begin at 7AM on Sunday, October 23
  • A limited number of carts will be proviced for unloading
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to break down displays until 4PM
  • Building has wireless internet available
  • Your registration information will be used on the vendor list for this show. Please be sure to verify any exclusions with PWG.
  • Due to limited available space, PWG reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in each category
  • Space will be proviced on a first come-first served basis
  • All decorations, sound/electrical equipment (be sure to bring your own extension cords!) or supplies must be provided by the exhibitor
  • All exhibitors and their employees must confine their activities to their exhibit space which includes literature, promotional items, and other materials
  • All exhibitors must limit the noise level to an acceptable level
  • Confirmation of your booth space and additional information on parking, setup, and a specific agenda will be forthcoming

Perfect Wedding Guide is committed to connecting brides and businesses. Last year they had 200 brides attend and are working to have more attend this year. Advertising will include radio, post cards, Facebook and an e-mail campaign to their database. Vendors are also eligible to receive FREE tickets they can distribute to their brides. Admission for attendees will be $7.00 at the door.

Through our special partnership with Perfect Wedding Guide, you are eligible for a table within The Event Connections’ area for just $125. Or, you can reserve a booth outside the Event connections area for just $395.
